ANDHRA MATA -GONGURA PACHCHADI

This is the first approach to the Vantillu programme. I am from Andhra Pradesh. Interested in cooking and feeding the hungry with taste and interest.
This is the tangy recipe with fibrous Gongura{ Hybiscus Cunnabinus} A. Famous green leaf which will be used for digestion.
Ingredients:
Gongura green leaves : 250Grms.
Oil : 100 Grms
Red Chilli Powder : 2 to 3 teaspoon fulls (at the interest)
Salt : 2 to 3 teaspoon fulls
Garlic : 10
Mustered seed : 1/2 spoon
Inguva {asphoitida) : pinch

Preparation:

Clean the Green leaves clean. Dry till the water evaporates. Take Banali(pan). drop 2 tps of oil.
drop Gongura in to the pan for five minutes and make it a pulp. remove and cool the paste and grind it along with garlic, salt, and red chilli powder. grind it from only 2 minutes.
Add more garlic pinches fried and mixed. in the paste . Heat remaining oil with inguva. mix the oil in to the gongura paste.
Your Andhra Mata Gongura Pachchadi Ready for tangy taste.
